Details below:
Rules: No fanart - must be an original design. One entry per person. Must be appropriate for all ages.
(Holiday theme includes any holiday observed in December/January. New Years is also fair game!)
Entries due: January 15th - in the CONTEST ENTRIES folder!!! (or they will not be counted)
Prize*:
1st place: 300 points and a sketch by me of a character of your choice
2nd place: 150 points
3rd place: 50 points
*in the case that there are only 5 contestants or fewer, only a first place prize will be given.

I know, it's been FOREVER since we had a contest! I've been pretty much invisible on DA for the past, well, couple years because of school! But since I have some extra points kicking around, I figured a contest would be fun!

Submitting Fanart
Hello All,
Please be careful which folder you are submitting your work to!
If the artwork includes:
- a character from a published story (e.g. naruto, pokemon, dragon ball, inuyasha, disney, harry potter, etc...)
- an original character, but designed as part of a fan-fic for a published story
... then PLEASE submit it to the FAN-ART folder!!
If the artwork is entirely from your own imagination and is not connected in any way to a published story by someone else, then you may submit it to the "original art" folder.
I will be more strict about declining submissions sent to the wrong folder from this point. Thank you!
